When the Women’s Impact Academy was in the infancy stages of planning, it was very important for all of our founders to be a one stop shop for women to come and learn, connect.

My area of expertise is business development and marketing and I am excited to support our flock members to use tools like social media to expand the businesses that light them up. Education and coaching needs to be readily available and when women support women, incredible things happen.

As CEO of my own Marketing & Consulting Agency and a StoryBrand Certified Marketing Guide, I am excited to share some of the most powerful lessons I have learned from building a business using tools like social media, copywriting and email marketing. These foundational trainings can be used across many different industries and business models.

Have you ever been in a room full of people but felt incredibly lonely? When it comes to the art of communication, I am passionate about equipping everyone with the tools they can use to build deeper connections with the people most important in their lives. 

My name is Amanda Schneider. I am a continually evolving entrepreneur who loves to connect and facilitate experiences that create space for deeper connection. I am a mom, wife, dog mom and passionate voice for a non- profit organization called “Amplify Voices”. My boys (husband included) bring me the greatest joy in life with my pups as a close second.

I have wandered my way through the corporate, education, and direct selling spaces for the last 25 years picking up key learnings to become the award-winning, international speaker and trainer I am today. 

My focus is leading women who are connected, compassionate and authentic leaders in their families, communities and beyond.

I grew up in the mountains of Colorado, completely carefree and happy through elementary school. After a couple of moves in middle school, I found myself in a completely different world: unhappy, disconnected and struggling to feel like I fit in anywhere. Thankfully, I found ceramics in high school and Mr. Collins, my ceramics teacher. In Mr. Collins’ classroom, I felt like I could take off that energetic armor I carried around with me and just “be.” Mr. Collins allowed me to feel seen and heard and gain confidence in myself at a time when I had none. 

That is why I do what I do today: I help women find the spaces where they can feel seen and heard and gain confidence to step authentically into who they were meant to be.

I am incredibly honored and excited to be one of the founding members of the Women’s Impact Academy. The synergy inside our community is powerful. I cannot wait to see how the connection and creation you create inside the Women’s Impact Academy will impact the world around you.

My name is Sandy Gonzalez. I am a wife, a mother, and an entrepreneur. A huge part of my story and who I am is thanks to my family. I have the most incredible husband who is my best friend and some pretty awesome kids too!

However, it did not quite start out so picture perfect. From being a homeless high school dropout at 17 to being a single mom at 20, I have survived abusive relationships and lots of financial hardship. Through it all, I somehow just knew that this couldn’t be it. This could not and would not be how my story ended. I knew I was meant for more and destined to do some great things in this world.

As a single mom with my two boys, I juggled two jobs at times while taking college courses. I eventually went as far as earning a master’s degree. I met and married the man of my dreams who went on to adopt my children and we were blessed with our daughter.

In 2017, I was finally in a place in life where I was settled. I had my beautiful family, I was a homeowner, and had a pretty successful teaching career. Having my daughter was my shift point though. I made the decision to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal development, leaving my teaching career to start a business.

It finally hit me like a ton of bricks! I knew what my purpose was and what I was meant to be doing! I knew that I survived my life because I was meant to inspire, guide, and lead by example. I was meant to be an example of hope for other women who feel or have felt stuck, lost, or broken. I was meant to lead them into a life of abundance and joy.

As a Transformation Coach, my passion is helping others to overcome adversity and achieve their goals. Being a part of the Women’s Impact Academy, it is my desire to share what I have learned throughout my journey to help you throughout yours!

Have you ever found yourself on a search for ‘more’ but not too sure what that ‘more’ is?

My name is Hannah and I was born and raised in a small Prairie town. My Prairie roots taught me a lot of great things about family, hard work and the power of a community.

Over the course of my twenties I set out to find the ‘more’ I knew was out there. I travelled all across the world, I read books, I took courses, I spoke to people. I reached the highest of highs and the lowest of lows.

What I discovered on this journey was that the ‘more’ I had been looking for was always inside of me. All the answers I searched for were right here all along. I discovered this light inside of me and it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced. And, I know that light exists inside all of us.

What I know is this: Darkness only exists with the absence of light. Each and every one of us has an abundant amount of light inside of us. In fact, this light is the reason we live and breathe each day.

My goal now is to hold that space for my Sisters to find their light. To share the wisdom I have discovered, to create a space where we can celebrate and cry together, to express joy and cheer each and every one of you on in your journey.

This process is about coming home to YOU, my sweet friend. It’s about letting go of the shackles and expectations that are tying you to your current reality so that you come to know everything you need, and have always needed, is right here inside of you.

Not everybody is ready to take this journey, and that’s okay. However, I believe if you are reading this and you are here, now, it might just be your time!
